iPad 2 Water Damage Repair.
Water damaged repairs are quite tricky to ascertain whether they will be repairable without first performing water treatment. This is the process of tearing the device down and putting the motherboard, or logicboard, through the ultrasonic cleaner. From there we can further asses the likelihood of a repair and the final cost. If the device turns out to be un-repairable then the repair fee will cover our labour costs. Our turnaround on repairs are usually within 24hrs – depending on our repair triage and stock levels. You shouldn’t be without your device for longer than 3 business days, but this is only an estimate and some repairs can take upto 28 business days. We’ll give you regular updates via our repair tracking software which is accessible here.

Once your repair has been booked you will need to post your device to us. We recommend doing this via Royal Mail Signed For or Royal Mail Special Delivery depending on the value of the item being sent. Please ensure the device is adequately packaged in order to prevent further damage during transportation. Under special circumstances we may be able to arrange a courier collection on your behalf however you will need to contact us in order to discuss the matter in more detail.
