We offer a professional repair service for iPhone, iPod & iPad.

Our turnaround on repairs is usually same day, some repairs may take longer depending on our repair triage and stock. You shouldn’t be without your device for longer than 72hrs. We’ll give you regular updates via our repair tracking software which is visible here.

We use only high quality repair parts that have been fully tested for compatibility, performance and appearance. You can rest assured that your repair will be made at the utmost highest standard possible. We also provide a full 3 month quality warranty with each repair and sale of any goods.

Repair services can be purchased within our shop located at 42 SEAVIEW ROAD, Colwyn Bay, LL29 8DG where you’ll speak with a friendly technician who will advise on the best course of action and quote you with a price. You can also contact us prior to your visit on 01492 817 112. If you’re within a 10 mile radius a collection and drop-off may be requested for an additional £10. Once the repair has been agreed we will then proceed to carry out the work in our next available slot, usually same day.

You are also able to purchase repair service via our online shop here. On completion of your order a courier will be allocated to your location to collect the repair item. Once the device has been returned to the shop we will issue you a repair sheet with tracking number as to keep you fully updated with progress. Once completed we will return the item via courier to your address.

We are still open for Click & Collect

With the new imposed lockdown we have now moved to provide a click & collect service. This means that we can only accept customers at the shop when a purchase has been made either over the phone, or via our website. This process is the same for repairs. Please purchase these online so we can expedite the booking-in process.

When entering the shop please remember to wear your mask and clean your hands with the supplied sanitizer. We will wipe down anything passed to you to ensure a safe transfer of items.

We will try our best to adhere to our opening hours of Monday to Friday, from 10am to 5pm - but please beware that we are a family run business and we may, from time to time, have issues with childcare preventing us from operating a full working day.

Some of our suppliers have closed for business during their national lockdowns and sourcing some components may take longer to get into stock. These factors are out of our control. We will always do our best to provide a speedy and reliable service, but please do expect there to be some delays.
